5 Minute Orange Julius

I've been in a So-Sick-Of-Winter-Just-Want-It-To-Be-Warm-Again kind of mood lately (maybe it's because I haven't seen the ground since before Christmas), but a few days ago it was stormy outside so I decided to bring a little sun inside. Why we chose to move from Arizona BEFORE the winter is beyond me!

Nothing says summer like a giant glass of Orange Julius. This recipe is super simple, delicious, and great for those days when you just need a pick me up!

Orange Julius

1 6 oz. Can Frozen Orange Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar (add 1/4-1/2 Cup more for sweeter OJ)
3/4 C. Water
10-15 Ice Cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth (or desired consistency). Makes about 6 Cups.

*Side Note: If you're using a Blendtec (or probably any blender for that matter) and double the recipe, it WILL overflow and make a ginormous mess. Not that I speak from experience or anything. :)

Have a great weekend!
