Before the summer comes and soup making comes to a bitter end, you NEED to try this version of chicken noodle soup.
Mel's Kitchen Cafe is one of my favorite cooking websites. I've NEVER made anything that wasn't anything but delicious from her. We must have similar tastes because everything is amazing!
I love that this soup is simple with basic ingredients, but somehow tastes better than any other Chicken Noodle Soup I've ever made. I will say, do what she says and add the cream (or half and half). You won't regret it. My husband loves to add a little hot sauce in the end for a little zip. It's delicious.
