Share your brownies

This is my all time favorite brownie recipe.  The brownies are not super dense nor are they super chocolaty.  They are the perfect in between. I add some milk chocolate chips after I poor the batter into the pan and they come out of the oven tasting extra special.  I usually make these and then stash em.  Just admit it, I know you do too.  Okay maybe I share a couple with "the man", if he behaves.

Also pan lovers, you need this pan in your cupboard, I swear the brownies practically make themselves.  Well, not really.

Probably my second favorite brownie recipe has to be these suckers... the mint brownies from Our Best Bites.
If I don't share these I am severely punished.

What is your favorite brownie recipe?

My grannie's brownies:
4 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1.5 oz unsweetened chocolate
1.5 c flour
1.5 c pecans, chopped
2 c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In medium mixing bowl combine: eggs, sugar and oil.  Mix 1 min. until smooth.  Barely melt chocolate in microwave.  Add chocolate and vanilla to mixture. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together then add slowly to mixture in bowl.  Chop pecans, add to mixture.  Pour into 9 by 13 inch nonstick pan.  Bake for 30- 35 min.

This recipe is courtesy of Charlotte's Kitchen (my grannie's cookbook)
