Blondies

These blondies taste like a chocolate chip cookies in brownie form.  They should actually add this recipe to the back of the Nestle's package.  This recipe is really similar to the "My Grannie's Brownies" recipe posted recently. Don't forget to share with your neighbor.

Blondies
4 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1.5 c flour
1.5 c pecans, chopped
2 c sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
milk chocolate chips (as desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In medium mixing bowl combine: eggs, sugar and oil.  Mix 1 min. until smooth.  Add vanilla to mixture. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together then add slowly to mixture in bowl.  Chop pecans, add to mixture.  Pour into 9 by 13 inch nonstick pan.  Sprinkle milk chocolate chips over poured batter.  The chocolate chips will sink down into the batter while baking.  Bake for 30-35 min.

P.S. Use Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips they are larger in size than regular chocolate chips and taste like heaven in your mouth.
