SUPPLIES:
old frame, white spray paint, sand paper (fine grit), wire, 2 round eyelets (which you will use to secure the wire to the frame), your favorite felt flowers and a glue gun (which I used to secure the ruffled fabric and burlap bow to the back of the frame).
Seriously YOU, YES YOU, can make these frames. They are super easy and fun for every season. I made these for Christmas and I get a little giddy to switch out the danglers when a new holiday comes along. Just for a little recap, see the Christmas goodies below.
