One of my friends asked the other day how to make Rice Krispie Treats really gooey without them hardening after just a few minutes. I'm embarrassed to admit in college my roommates and I went through a phase of making them just about every night. :/ Whoops! Apparently you can get away with that when you're younger though, right?
Anyway, I can't even remember how we came up with this, but the secret to
perfect Rice Krispie Treats
is....
Double the butter.
Trust me. Don't listen to your thighs. Just do it.
